工作职责：
Develop and execute multi-year brandmarketing strategies and supporting plans, to include:
? Develops and executes an actionable affiliate specific strategy in support of the broader Corporate strategy
? Categoryportfolio planning (includes discontinuing underperforming brandsproducts)
? Product positioningclaimspricing
? Marketing programming to support products and brands, including: advertising, all types of media, promotion, packaging, PR, Cause Marketing and Physical Presence programs
? Leads development of all catalog materials and most brochures
? Extensive collaboration with cross-functional areas including Tech Reg, R&D, Manufacturing, etc.
Develop profitable brands and products that are consumer preferred:
? Lead productpackaging innovation
? Ensure a balanced, consistent innovation
? Define learning needs and required market research

任职资格：
? Bachelor degree or above, with major in marketing or business management.
? Minimum 8 years marketing management experiences, CosmeticSkin Care product management experience is preferable.
? Strong problem solving and strategic thinking and organizing capability.
? Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
? Proficiency in written and spoken English.
