1. Initiate feasibility study and proposal to examine possible areas for automation with potential for cost saving and quality improvement opportunities. 

 主动进行可行性研究并提案自动化领域可能存在的成本节约和品质改善机会。

 2. Develop manufacturing solutions with the best combination of manual, semi-automation and/or fully automation. Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements and workflow. Design the layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency and safety. 

 利用手动、半自动化或全自动化的***组合开发制造解决方案。分析和规划劳动力利用率、空间需求 和工作流程。设计设备和工作空间的布局以达到效率和安全性***化。 

 3. Define, develop and deploy automation requirements and specifications, evaluate supplier quotations to determine the best combination of technical solution, cost and timing.

 4. Develop budget and schedule for projects and manage projects to stay within them.

 5. Conduct automation design reviews and provide design guidance to suppliers

 6. Provide on-site support during machine build, debug and testing/qualification.

 7. Supervise installation and testing to verify requirements and specifications are met, support equipment qualification/validation activities.

 8. Support new product development automation needs, facilitate assembly processes through the implementation of assembly cells and automated equipment at NPI stage and ensure meeting development timeline.

9. Interface with customers and functional owners on product development issues regarding automation. Conduct design-for-automation analysis and provide detailed recommendations.

 10. Ensure that all automatic equipment is in compliance with safety, health and environmental standards. 

 确保所有自动化设备符合安全、健康和环境标准。 

 11. Examine and bring in applicable new process and advanced technology to the company in order to enhance advanced manufacturing process. 

 审查并引进适用的新工艺和先进技术，提高先进制造工艺水平。 

任职要求：

1. B.S/MS Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent. 

 机械工程、电气工程或机电一体化工程学士或同等学历。 

 2. Skilled in the usage of Solidworks for automation design and documentation. 

 熟练使用 Solidworks 进行自动化设计和文档编制。 

 3. Good English writing and reading. Excellent oral English is preferred. （CET-4/ CET-6） 

 书面英语基础，口语优秀者更佳。(英语 4 级或 6 级）
