• Monitor company registration information of LSI entities in China and SEA, is responsible for government related annual reports if needed, take action if any abnormal issue incurred.
• Review daily contracts and draft legal documents under instruction of legal counsel.
• Manage legal SOPs in China (contract, DOA, chops, etc.) work with the team to develop legal policy and monitor the enforcement of company policy.
• Keep monitoring laws and regulations updates in China which may have impact on Lonza business operation; conduct legal research if needed.
• Support legal counsel on LSI China annual board meeting

• Manage vendor billing process.
