Lonza is establishing a strategic bio manufacturing base in China using GE Healthcare Solutions. With the new facility, Lonza is responding to growing demand for a high-quality CDMO in the Chinese market.

Key responsibilities:

· Responsible for standard cost maintenance, review monthly, yearly cost rollout for manufacturing etc.

· To provide analysis and reports on standard costs and production variances

· Business partnering with the operation managers and key stakeholders in site to drive and achieve the planned operational and financial outcome

· In charge of outlook & target preparation

· To lead annual year-end inventory count and inventory analyzes and monitors

· To coordinate with local BSO team to ensure accurate and timely closing process

· To liaise with both internal and external auditors on costing related matters.

· To perform other duties as assigned

Key requirements:

· Bachelor Degree or above, with major of Accounting or Finance Management.

· Proficiency in costing experience in manufacturing operation or project management

· Good understanding of finance areas (Costing, controlling, planning etc.)

· Understanding of China tax practice like VAT, City construction fee, levy etc.

· Proficient use of SAP as ERP system and familiar with BW , HFM

· Analytical skills, Familiar with Microsoft office software

· Commercial and business acumen

· Interpersonal and communication skills to be able to present business cases to management and work with multiple stakeholders

· Good communication skill
