Responsibilities:

- Requirement analysis and develop functional specifications

- Develop and Review the technical design

- Work with BA to conduct coding and maintenance as per technical specification

- Facilitate the local Lean & Six Sigma training programs (Lean & Green Belt level)

- Ensures that the quality of the deliverables meets the expectations

- Ensure proper project communication and coordination among team members

- Adhere to agreed project deadline

Requirements:

- Must be a Green Belt certified

- Good knowledge & application of Lean concepts;

- Strong understanding of Cost reduction approaches;

- Good command on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques;

- Good knowledge about BPO processes especially FAO/HRO/SCM;

- Good understanding of automation concepts and applications in FAO processes;

- Good at communication, good oral and written English Skill;

- Abilities to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure;

- Keen and ability to understand new tools and technology;

- Knowledge of multiple IT platform like Google Apps and Script, Auto Hot Key, SAP scripting will be added advantage.
